We are a team of more than 30 full-time professionals trained in Communication, Creativity, Graphic and Digital Design, Economics and Sociology. But fundamentally, we are good people, and we like working with clients that promote teamwork between the agency and the brand.

Federico studied Economics at UNdMdP, Digital Marketing at Universidad de Belgrano, Business Management at Universad Austral, and a thousand other topics following his self-taught profile. He's also a Recording & Mixing engineer, Music Producer and Musician. He's a frequent writer and speaker on Marketing & Advertising.

Sabrina is an advertising professional with more than 25 years experience in the field. As passionate leader of the Account & Media Team at NSB, she leads the agency to accomplish the most difficult goals and deadlines. She studied Advertising at La Fundación, Business Management at UBA, and Communications Skills at Di Tella.

Maru is NSB's Magical & Beloved Account Director. With more than 10 years in the position, she is in charge of dealing with all types of clients! (yes, the good, the bad and the ugly!), always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude that makes her unique and special, also for our internal Staff.

Maxi is a Senior Creative Professional with more than 20 years experience in the advertising industry. Since 2008, he leads NSB's Creative Department to create full-media campaigns for the most challenging industries, both B2B and B2C, wether there is a big or small budget. Always friendly, he is a true leader at NSB.

Carla graduated as an Advertising Professional at the Universidad del Salvador, Argentina. She started her career at MAPEI's Marketing Department, one of the leading firms in the construction industry; and soon after, she joined our agency as an Account Executive. Her strategic vision and her excellent project management skills promoted her as Account Director, with a focus on the global management of our client Coca-Cola.

Andrea Silber is the Business Manager for our Miami and overall United States operations. Based in Miami, Andrea has almost more than 5 years of experience with the agency, previously serving as Account Leader for The Coca-Cola Company in South Latin.
