In 2008, the prominent global brand engaged us to create its internal new brand communication strategy. The task involved shifting from an HR-driven strategy to a holistic business approach, guided by the Public Affairs & Comms Department. With more than 15 years since, we have honed our expertise in Internal Comms Strategies, establishing ourselves as one of the longest-standing and integral collaborators within the company across Latin America.
Our work involves generating creative proposals and activating Internal Marketing campaigns that communicate, strengthen, and develop the values of the company, as well as the positioning of each brand within The Coca-Cola Company’s portfolio, across all Latin American countries.
To achieve this, we develop a range of internal activations, branding for special projects, internal launches of new products, internal social media campaigns, and institutional communication actions targeted at associates and their families.
Over the past 15 years, Coca-Cola has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the region, claiming the #1 spot on more than three occasions. Additionally, the LATAM Operating Unit was honored with the 2022 Woodruff Cup, the highest internal accolade within the corporation.
The development of a new organizational culture at a regional level across all of LATAM, our contributions during the Covid pandemic, and the transition back to a hybrid work format have been key pillars in the success of the business throughout the region, spanning from Mexico to Argentina, including Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Costa Rica, among other countries.
